Become a Volunteer!

The City of Parramatta Eisteddfod Society Inc. desperately needs NEW VOLUNTEERS to ensure the continuation of the Speech and Drama Eisteddfod in 2024.

Giving your help for just a morning, an afternoon or an evening really does make a difference and allows the Eisteddfod to keep going. Sharing the load means no one is overburdened. Parramatta Eisteddfod gives young people a wonderful opportunity to build their confidence and display their skills in poetry recital, public speaking and drama in its many forms.

If you can spare approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hrs hours of your time on any of the Saturdays and Sundays in May and June (NOT Mothers' Day or the June long week-end) to sell entrance tickets and programmes, stage manage, or scribe with the Adjudicator, that would be greatly appreciated. You will be clearly instructed in what to do so you feel comfortable in whatever role you choose.

You will need to be at least 16 years of age.
